The public is invited to discover the intimate and intense setting created by small scale, digital images, through the talent and perspicacity of twenty select artists. Curated by <strong>C\u00e9cile Boucher<\/strong>, three prizes were awarded by an independent jury: <strong>First prize<\/strong> to Th\u00e9r\u00e8se Guy, from Qu\u00e9bec, for <em>Les jumeaux<\/em>, <strong>Second prize<\/strong> to Raymond Aubin, from Gatineau, for <em>Les montagnes sacr\u00e9es, Shanghai nos. 1<\/em> and<em> 2<\/em>, and<strong> Third prize<\/strong> to \u00c9lizabeth Dupond, from Montr\u00e9al, for <em>Road Movie 3<\/em> and <em>6<\/em>. The exhibition will be held from November 7 to December 15, 2009 at the <em>Centre d\u2019artistes Voix Visuelle<\/em> located at 81 Beechwood Avenue, in Vanier.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">From September 16 to October 20, 2009<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #800000;\">Marie-Jeanne Musiol<\/span><\/strong><em><br \/>\nLa f\u00f4ret radieuse<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/mariejeannemusiol1.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-1095 \" title=\"Marie-Jeanne Musiol\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/mariejeannemusiol-150x150.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The <em>Centre d\u2019artistes Voix Visuelle<\/em> presents an exhibition of <strong>Marie-Jeanne Musiol&#8217;s<\/strong> ongoing work on plants, <em>La f\u00f4ret radieuse<\/em>, from September 16th to October 20th.<em> La for\u00eat radieuse<\/em> makes a short synthesis of several series in which the artist continues to elaborate &#8220;energy&#8221; herbaria with electromagnetic photography. While still capturing the light fields around plants, Marie-Jeanne Musiol now delves inside the zones of light to extract\u00a0 mirror-images of the cosmos. She has also recorded on video several itineraries in the\u00a0 light fields of leaves to reveal their complex beauty.
